  • • AI-powered solutions (AI WebLaunch, ScanIQ)
  • • Infrastructure services (CloudForge MCP)
  • • Migration services (WPNext Sync)
  • • System architecture and design

Service Scope: All services are provided based on mutually agreed specifications, timelines, and deliverables as outlined in individual project agreements or statements of work.

03.Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete project requirements
  • Supply necessary access credentials, assets, and information
  • Respond to requests for feedback within agreed timeframes
  • Make timely payments according to agreed terms
  • Use our services in compliance with applicable laws
  • Not engage in activities that could harm our reputation or systems

04.Payment Terms

Payment Schedule

  • • Payment terms specified in project agreements
  • • Typically 50% upfront, 50% on completion
  • • Larger projects may use milestone-based payments

Late Payments

  • • Invoices due within 30 days unless specified

Upon full payment, you own all custom-developed deliverables, including:

  • • Source code written specifically for your project
  • • Custom designs and user interfaces
  • • Project-specific documentation
  • • Databases and content management systems

OpenBLT Ownership

OpenBLT retains ownership of:

  • • Proprietary frameworks, tools, and methodologies
  • • Pre-existing code libraries and templates
  • • General knowledge and experience gained
  • • OpenBLT branded materials and trademarks

06.Warranties and Disclaimers

Our Warranties

  • • Services performed with professional skill and care
  • • Deliverables will substantially conform to agreed specifications
  • • 30-day warranty on custom development work
  • • Bug fixes included for defects in our workmanship

Disclaimers

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN, OPENBLT MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

07.Limitation of Liability

OpenBLT's liability is limited as follows:

  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services
  • No liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • No liability for loss of profits, data, or business interruption
  • Claims must be made within one year of the alleged incident

We maintain strict confidentiality of your information:
